Basic standard fitting, NALO. Stretch fabric with a soft touch that moulds the body and ensures optimal freedom of movement. It allows sweat to evaporate quickly, has a high degree of breathability and optimal resistance to the UV rays (UPF +50). Certified as a Lycra Sport, guaranteeing excellent sports performance.
Heavy Lycra fabric due to its very thick woven structure. Fast drying and proper moisture management. Thanks to its structure, it offers good coverage and muscle support for a better riding experience for professionals and amateurs.
The 3D-OF insert is a lightweight one-piece insert without seams. Its polyester micro-fibre cover material is bonded to a layer of padding through the OmniForm high frequency process. The new process eliminates hard edges and stiff areas caused by heat in standard moulding processes. The thickness of the various parts of the shammy has been carefully studied to conform perfectly to the male anatomy. Like all OmniForm inserts, the 3D-OF receives an antibacterial treatment that inhibits the growth of harmful bacteria. The Prism-OF insert is specially designed for women. The padding is strategically placed throughout the insert to maximize comfort and conforms to the female anatomy.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch items by the end of the next working day for orders placed before 3pm. We are a small family run business and will do our utmost to dispatch your items in a timely manner.
Generally our postage and packaging is charged at a flat rate of £4.00. Items will be dispatched using Royal Mail second class standard postal service.
Customers may also choose click and collect. This means that you can opt to collect the goods free of charge from our business address – 3 Rugby Road, Hinckley, Leicestershire, LE10 0QA during our business opening hours.
We reserve the right to offer large items for collection only. We do not allow bicycles to leave our premises unless they are ride ready and therefore do not ship bikes in boxes.

Returns
Returns will be accepted for up to 14 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return an item, only in the case of:
- Received the wrong item
- Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging)
- Item had defects
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging with original tags, safely wrapped, and unworn and unwashed in the case of clothing.
Returns postage will be refunded at the least expensive option in the case of faulty or damaged goods or where we have mistakenly dispatched the wrong item to you. Replacements will be dispatched free of any further charge.
