Our working days in relation to our online shop are Monday to Saturday with the exception of the UK bank holidays. We aim to dispatch items by the end of the next working day for orders placed before 3pm.
Although bpageandson.co.uk is a 24/7 shop allowing you to place orders at your convenience, we are a small family run business and will do our utmost to dispatch your items in a timely manner. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to meet these timescales a message will be displayed on the homepage of this Website.
Generally our postage and packaging is charged at a flat rate of £4.00. Items will be dispatched using Royal Mail second class standard postal service. For this service Royal Mail quote a delivery time of 2-3 workings days and, as per Royal Mail’s terms, compensation will be limited to £20 should the item be lost in transit or damaged. Smaller items may be posted at a cheaper rate of £2.00 which will be sent using Royal Mail second class standard postal service. If you require an item to be delivered quickly then we can offer a rate of £6.00 for Royal Mail first class signed for postal service. As per Royal Mail’s terms, this service offers a maximum compensation of £50.
From time to time we may offer free postage and packaging, in this instance we will use the most cost effective postage option for the parcel.
Customers may also choose click and collect. This means that you can opt to collect the goods free of charge from our business address – 3 Rugby Road, Hinckley, Leicestershire, LE10 0QA during our business opening hours.
We reserve the right to offer large items for collection only. Bicycles will only be sold on a click and collect basis as we place great importance on the set up of the bike both in terms of safety and comfort. We do not allow bicycles to leave our premises unless they are ride ready and therefore do not ship bikes in boxes. Items purchased through the website with the click and collect option must be collected by the customer. We will not release items to third parties.
We may be able to offer a personal delivery service of larger items such as bikes for a small fee via prior arrangement. This will be dependent on distance from our business. If this is of interest, please contact us before placing an order through the website.
We reserve the right to alter our delivery prices as and when costs change. This page will be updated to reflect any changes.
