We do not require you to create an account to place an order with us.
For us to process a sales order, we will require that you provide us with specific details which includes your name, billing address, delivery address if different, phone number, email address and payment details, either PayPal or your credit / debit card details. We will use this information for the sole purpose of processing your order and to deal with any issues that may arise regarding your order. If we do need to contact you, it will always be via email assuming you have provided a valid email address.
Any information provided by you will be used for our order fulfilment purposes only. Your personal information will NOT be shared with or sold to any 3rd party.
We are aware of the new EU regulation (known as GDPR) which came into force in May 2018 and can confirm that our software enables us to be fully GDPR compliant. Personal details provided as part of a sales order will be removed one month after the order is completed. This timeframe allows us to deal with any issues or returns before removing your data.
We will not use your contact details for any marketing purposes. Our goal is simply to allow you to shop with us in complete confidence, for satisfied customers to reorder with us as they so wish and for our business to grow by reputation and customer recommendation.

The final cookie contains a unique code for each customer so that it knows where to find the cart data in the database for each customer. No personal information is stored within these cookies.
